PMC West is a $660 million hospital currently under construction in Escondido.
4:30 – 5:00 Arrival and light refreshments
5:00 – 5:05 Short orientation to the building
5:05 – 5:10 Issue safety gear
Please wear work boots, or hard soled, closed toe shoes. We will issue hard hats on site.
5:10 – 6:15 Tour building
Tours will be in groups of 15-20. Tour groups will tour simultaneously.

Jay Leopold and Kevin Britt from DPR, who presented at the August meeting, will be available for follow-up questions on the LEAN experience.

The Lean Construction Institute (LCI), a non-profit research organization, was founded in August 1997. LCI's purpose is to develop and disseminate new knowledge regarding the management of work in design, engineering and construction for capital facilities.
